What is mixing system?

It refers to implementing the [process of supplying powder (active materials, etc.) in a fixed quantity, performing mixing, and supplying the resulting slurry to the coating process].

  • To build a mixing system, input of the correct amount of materials, mixing for uniform mixing, and detailed foreign matter management are required. To build the system, TSI is responsible for all or part of the mixing process and provides an integrated Mixing Solution including engineering, mixing room organization, parts procurement and equipment manufacturing, mixing room layout design and structure construction based on it, piping and wiring, equipment installation, customer MES linkage, and finishing.

Mixing process

The mixing process consists of 4 steps: Powder supply - pre-dispersion - main mixing - storage and transfer.
