    Submit application

    2. Documents to be submitted : Resume, self-introduction, career description (only for those with experience)
    3. Note : If false information is found in the application documents, employment may be canceled even after the employment has been confirmed.

    Document screening

    Evaluate whether you have experience and capabilities related to the job we want to hire.

    A practical interviewer for the position evaluates practical ability and job expertise. Basic personality and organizational suitability are comprehensively evaluated.

    Treatment consultation/reputation inquiry only for successful applicants

    • Reputation inquiry|A recruitment process to check the applicant's overall reputation, including work capabilities and expertise, to co-workers and superiors.
    • Treatment consultation|The final decision on the position and annual salary through comprehensive consideration about the applicant's career and the company's career calculation standards.
    • Recruitment checkup|Basic health checkup to carry out duties (special checkup for some teams)
  • STEP 04

    Probation/trial evaluation

    To evaluate job performance and organizational adaptability, a probationary (trial) period of 3 months is provided from the date of hiring.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I submit my application only online?
Yes, TSI recruitment is based on filling out an online application. Therefore, we are only accepting applications completed on the Saramin recruitment website.
Can I apply for duplicate applications between announcements?
Duplicate applications between current announcements are not allowed. However, please note that you can apply for other announcements after the announcement ends.
How are the screening results announced?
Applicants who have applied for all open positions will be notified of the result announcement via email.
Who reviews the application?
Your application will be checked by a recruiter who has a sufficient understanding of the job you applied for and a person in charge of the job you applied for.
When filling out an application, feel free to fill out sufficient content to demonstrate your job capabilities without worrying about the difficulty level of a specific major or specialty.
Are there any disadvantages if I applied in the past and was rejected and apply again?
A There are no disadvantages due to past rejection or re-application. Please do not worry and apply.
Do I have to wear a suit for the interview?
We do not necessarily require formal suit, but we advise you to dress neatly. Please avoid wearing excessively inappropriate clothing such as slippers, training clothes, or revealing clothes.
Are interviews conducted in English?
Please note that if foreign language use is frequent and communication skills above a certain level are required depending on the job applied for, questions may be asked in English to determine foreign language competency even in general interviews.
